your minds within 30 Days? Exchange your purchase into another product
If you are
dissatisfied with your purchase or simply made an incorrect order,
contact us within 30 days and we can exchange your purchase into
any of the following exceptional Backup and Recovery software products
and tools, designed to improve your computing experience.
We will
exchange your purchase into another CompuApps product and carry over
any remaining subscription period. Of course a pre-condition to
any exchange will be that you remove the original program from your computer.
Once we receive your request, we will contact you with
details of your replacement license and instructions on how to get it
up and running.
Obtaining a Refund for Your purchase For refund
of a retail (boxed version) purchase must be returned to the place
of purchase (eg, the web store, the retail outlet, etc.) and
are subject to the return policies of the place of purchase.
For refund
of a purchase you placed directly at CompuApps.com via online download
(either in electronic version or on CD), you must adhere to
the following guidelines and initiate the refund request within 30 days
from the date of purchase in accordance with our policy below. CompuApps,
Inc will also provide a refund outside the 30 day period where it is
required by law to do so.
1. All
requests for refunds must be made in writing to CompuApps,
Inc within 30
days of the
date CompuApps,
Inc first made the software available to you
for download (the "Purchase Date"). CompuApps,
Inc will also provide
you with a refund where it is required to do so by law. CompuApps,
Inc is not
responsible for lost or misdirected mail, delays for downloading, or
other communication system delays.
2. If a CD version of the software was purchased, the CD must be returned to
CompuApps,
Inc in its original resalable condition, including any packaging, documentation,
manuals, and accessories. CDs that are not returned in original condition will
be charged a restocking fee.
3. You must provide us with sufficient information to be able to identify your
transaction, such as the CompuApps,
Inc order number and/or invoice number and/or
date of transaction given to you when the download was ordered.
4. CompuApps,
Inc will only refund the amount you paid for the software plus any
appropriate taxes charged with that order. CompuApps,
Inc will not refund any shipping
or handling charges that may have been charged to you in respect of your return
of your CD to CompuApps,
Inc.
5. Refunds will be made in the same manner as you purchased the product. For
example, if you purchased the product by check, CompuApps,
Inc will send your refund
by check, so please ensure we have your current mailing address. If you purchased
by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. If you purchased
by company purchase order, your account will be credited.
6. All refunds will be made within 15 working days of the receipt of a valid
request.
7. This offer does not apply to softwares purchased as bundled with any hardware
or physical product.
