CompuApps
is an manufactures / authorized reseller and provides a 30-day policy
for most returns. All returns must be authorized prior
to your returning items to CompuApps by contacting our customer support
and obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized
returns will not be accepted.
You must arrange to ship your items, pre-paid, within 30 days from the date the
RMA is given. Items should be packaged securely to prevent damage with
RMA
clearly indicated on the face of the shipping documents. For tracking
purposes,
we strongly suggest that the return should be shipped via a traceable
carrier such as UPS who also provide proof of delivery.
Unopened product returned, within 10 days of shipment date of the order, in original
packaging will receive full refund of the purchase price. We will not
refund shipping or other costs. To receive the full refund, product
must be returned
in original condition ("like-new"), including all packaging, manuals, and
accessories.
Unopened product returned after 10 days, but within 30 days of the shipment date
of the order are subject to an industry standard of 20% restocking fee
due to price fluctuations, new specifications and model changes.
All opened and non-defective returns, within the 30 day period, are subject to
a 20% restocking fee.
When a large quantity order is returned we will impose a processing fee of 10%
in addition to a restocking fee of 20%.
For defective product returns, we will either replace the item (with return shipping
at our expense) or refund the purchase price paid. Customer need to pay
for
shipping sent to us. The foregoing shall not apply to damage caused by
misuse or otherwise after the item was originally shipped from our facilities.
Properly
returned defective shipment will not incur a restocking fee.
No return will be accepted if you fail to obain an RMA within 30 days from original
delivery. Any warranty return after this date shall be directed to the
product manufacturer, and shall be subject to manufacturer's warranties
and return
policies, if any.
We will issue a refund within 15 business days after we receive and process the
return. If the payment has been made by a credit card, we will issue
credit. It may take one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear
on your
statement depending upon how fast the credit card company processes the
credit voucher.
However, you may confirm a refund by contacting our customer service.
Orders Not accepted by Customers
If a item has been shiped and the items returned to us when customer did not accept the items when delivered or not available to accept the item when delivered. CompuApps will collect shipping charges (both sent and return along with any service applicable) along with 20% restocking fee will be charged to the customer. Credit or debit will be issued to the customer based on the balance available.
No Refundable claims on :
* Assemble, Freight fee
*Opened software ( License seal is opened )
*Opened and used cases (chassis)
*Any items that are defaced or physical damaged by end-users. We deserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing refund
*Any items that become non-functional due to user error or virus
*Clearance items that are marked as non-refundable
*Any items that have the warranty label/mark removed by customer that cannot be verified as our products
*Any items that do not have a matching serial number between the product and the original receipt
*Any retail boxed items returned without the original retail box, manual, driver CD/diskette, or cable set
*Any items returned after 30 days
*Products other than above condition can be returned for credit within 7 days to fully refund for unopened box without assembly and shipping charge, and restocking fee applies after 7 days and for unopened box ( due to poor box condition for resale ), after 30 days repair only.
*Merchandise returned for credit or refund must in complete and factory original condition. Damaged items or items returned in a condition unsatisfactory for resale will void the refund or credit process. Such items will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
